Nano is one of the main characters in Nexum, and a playable character in Indie Game Battle.

A cheerful, kind hearted, loving bot with a tragic back story. He was created to bring light and happiness by his lonely creator after a tragic event. His creation happened during a dark era where robots were mainly created as weapons of war. When the robots nearly took over, a huge battle between humans and robots emerged. Nano, despite being a robot, would help bring the apocalyptic battle to an end, shortly after learning about his creator's death. He wanted to make sure no one gets hurt and took full responsibility as a medic.

Nano appears as a tiny, spherical robot with floating hands and feet. He also has a round computer-like screen that projects blue lights to display his emotions and facial expressions. His overall appearance, has a clean, simplistic look, having a strong resemblance to Kirby.

Nano possesses hi-tech firearms that are equipped with special properties that can heal allies, provide propulsion power and increase Nano's strength when attacking enemies. These firearms include Plasma Launchers, Laser Pistols and Blasters. Nano is also equipped with internal components that allow extremely fast processing power for quick reaction time, and self-overclocking. He can also use his own hands by spinning them to generate electricity, (although tires him out quickly) that can be used as like defibrillator hands or as a melee weapon. His feet can also prove to be deadly when used like a drill to make himself like a flying bullet. His frail, but very light weight design, allows him to move very fast through the air to where help will be needed most.
